Hiking trails throughout the open space which connect to several National Forest access points. In addition, stocked fishing ponds a clubhouse, tennis/pickleball court and common trash deposit. Excellent recreation in the South Park area including Breakneck, Browns and Westin Passes with hiking/biking, Jeeping/atving, hunting and fly-fishing. World-class skiing in four mountain resorts in Summit County. Visit Buena Vista and the Arkansas River Valley with hot springs, rafting and fly-fishing.
